To lock/unlock your credit card when using the all-new Security Bank app or via web:
- Log in to the all-new Security Bank app. From the homepage/dashboard, scroll down to the “Credit Card” section and select your preferred credit card from the list
- Select the “Manage” tab.
- In the “Lock Card” section, switch on the toggle button to lock your card.
- Read the prompt and tap “Continue” if you agree.
- To unlock your card, switch off the toggle button and enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm.
