To lock/unlock your credit card when using the all-new Security Bank app or via web:

1. Log in to the all-new Security Bank app. From the homepage/dashboard, scroll down to the “Credit Card” section and select your preferred credit card from the list
2. Select the “Manage” tab.
3. In the “Lock Card” section, switch on the toggle button to lock your card.
4. Read the prompt and tap “Continue” if you agree.
5. To unlock your card, switch off the toggle button and enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm.
