Here are the possible reasons why your collateral release request has been delayed:

•    Pending payment application
This happens if your last loan payment has not yet been posted at the time you filed your collateral release request. Please note that it usually takes three (3) banking days to post loan payments on our end.

Once endorsed, you will receive a notification via your registered email address for further instructions.

•    Incomplete or no proof of payment
This can happen if the proof of payment was not forwarded to the unit collecting your outstanding or other unpaid balances.  If you paid at the branch, please be sure to send a copy of your proof of payment to the respective POC:
