You can lock or unlock your debit card through the Security Bank app.
Here’s how:
1. Go to your Account Details page.
2. Open the Manage tab.
3. Turn Lock Card on or off.
4. Confirm your request using your TPIN or biometrics.
Your request will take effect after successful authentication.
