- Log in by entering your User ID and Password then click Log-in.
- On the upper-right side, click on your name.
- Select and click “Change Own Password”.
- Enter the correct answer to your Challenge Question and click Submit.
- Enter Old Password then your nominated password
- Retype nominated password
- Click confirm and changes will be reflected
