- For successful "Forgot Password" action using SMS OTP as the authentication method, there will be a 4-hour cooldown before you will be allowed to perform transactions that require step-up authentication (SMS OTP, push notification approval or soft token).
- For successful "Forgot Password" via soft token authentication, no cooldown shall be applied.
- Cooldown is also not required when you use the “Change Password” feature. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your app. From your account dashboard, tap on "Settings".
- Select "Change Password".
- Fill out the required fields.
- Tap on "Save" and authenticate using your FaceID/biometrics or your Transaction PIN .
