How will I know if my account has already been migrated to the new platform?

Prior to being migrated, we will send you an email notice at your Digibanker registered email about your account’s inclusion in the upcoming migration batch. If you receive this email, it will include the steps to access the new account on your migration schedule. After this email, we will send another email announcing the final date of migration along with instructions on how to access your account.
