You can change or reset your password by selecting the “Forgot Password” option on Security Bank Online (SB Online) website or mobile app.

Via website:
1.    Go to SB Online 
2.    Click on “Forgot Password.”
3.    Key in your Username, Account Type, Account Number.
4.    Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number
5.    Once validated, you will be asked to create a new password.

Via app:  
1.    Open the Security Bank Online (SB Online) mobile app.
2.    Click on 'Forgot Password.'
3.    Provide your Username, Account Type, and Account Number.
4.    Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your request.
5.    After validation, you will be prompted to create a new password.
