Here are some possible reasons you may have missing accounts or credit cards in the Security Bank Online (SB Online):
- The account is ineligible because it is tagged as a non-individual account. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8887-9188 or visit any Security Bank branch for resolution.
- Your account does not exist in our records yet. This typically happens with newly opened accounts. Your account will become eligible for online banking enrollment/activation one banking day after the account opening.
