To purchase load for your mobile phone or account through the Security Bank app, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Security Bank app.
- From the app’s home screen, select "Load”
- Select your preferred Service Provider and Load Amount
- Select your Source of Fund
- Fill out all necessary details (e.g., recipient's mobile number, service provider, and preferred load amount) and then click "Submit"
- Enter your Transaction PIN / Biometrics
- Wait for the receipt and notification for the status of your transaction.
